Prices

Prices in 2025 for the whole apartment – accounted for 4 people:

• May, September – 85€ per day
• June, holiday periods – 90€ per day
• July, August – 100€ per day
• The remaining seasons – 68€ per night

• Additional Fee for extra person (above 4) – 15€ per night / per each person
• Children under 3 years – in own bed at no charge!
• For stays over 14 days – 5% discount
• For stay at least 21 days – 10% discount
• For regular customers an additional 5% discount
• Bed linen, towels included
• Two parking spaces for free

Returnable deposit of 100€ and 25€ cleaning fee is to be collected on arrival. Minimum stay – 7 days (most likely from Saturday; hours. 03:00 pm to Saturday; 10:00 am). Booking shall be confirmed immediately upon receiving of the reservation fee to our account listed. (advance payment fee require of about 30% of total amount). The remaining part of the total cost shall be paid no later than at the day of arrival – to be collected in cash or to be transferred to the bank account.
